A non-profit group wanted to create a web based app to help prevent loneliness in their community. The approach was tailored towards senior (over the age of 65) users but open to all families in the community to assist with preventing loneliness of their loved ones.

There were some custom functionalities needed such as an onboarding form, membership, adminitstraion, reporting, automated notification systems and score keeping based on answers provided both during the onboarding and the client follow up submissions.

We combined custom code, tools such as Tripetto Forms and PMPro Membership plugin to create the web-based app portion. The app will also be available in the Google Play store as well as the App Store in the near future.
