Plans expire after 30 days, 90 days and 365 days, respectively. Unused credits do not roll over.

HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?
If you want to upgrade, let us know and we’ll prorate your existing plan and charge the difference for your upgraded plan.
WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?
Billing occurs in the month prior to your current plan expiry, approximately 14 days before your new plan is due. This ensures uninterrupted service to your maintenance plan.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We use Stripe payment processor which accepts all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Stripe uses 256 bit encryption and NO credit card data is stored on our website. You may also pay by e-transfer.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBRSCRIPTION EXPIRES?
You can either choose to renew or, if it expires, we will stop providing maintenance but you will still be able to access your most recent backup data if it was included in your plan. Unused “fix time” service minutes do NOT roll over and you’ll lose access to any support methods you had in your plan.

YES! Not seeing the type of maintenance plan you need for your business? Let’s talk and figure out something special and unique, just like your business needs!

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?
VERY! We don’t store any payment information on our website. All payments are process through Stripe, a trusted processor that uses 256 bit encryption methods. Any other payments using e-transfer are processed automatically using bank standard encryption.
