A realtor wanted to update his older, outdated site that was originally built in the early 2000’s. We worked with him on design and layout, utilizing the EXTRA theme from Elegant Themes and created a gorgeous, automated way to have listing appear on appropriate pages based on neighbourhoods. We worked to customize a mega menu structure to hold a lot of navigation information in an organized manner. 

One of the features of this theme is its ability to have information appear on the home page automatically using a category system of tagging posts. We implemented an IDX plugin and its specialized scripts in order to show MLS listings. We added plenty of customized functionality using CSS and JS code. A system for the owner to log in and add his podcasts to the site was used and just through post tagging, the podcasts appear in the correct area. We also added a lead capture form for gated content and set up an automated connection where the captured lead info is entered into the the owner’s CRM software in a format it understands.

And, as with all our website builds, the site owner has complete and open autonomy to make changes on the fly in the site.
